Chris Naylon (Christopher Naylon) is the Chief Financial Officer and a Shareholder of Integrity Employee Leasing in Port Charlotte, Florida. He spent nearly 20 years in corporate finance at Allstate before joining Integrity, where he has worked for about 10 years.
Chris is a two-time graduate of the University of South Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from USF in 1997 and his MBA from USF in 2003.
He also serves the state as a member of the Florida Board of Employee Leasing Companies, appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis and confirmed by the Florida Senate. On the side, he builds AI tools through Hammerkeel Labs.
